Schleyer

The trail starts at the same place as Upper Whistler Downhill and Joyride.

You start of with a smallish drop that takes you into a berm that lead down to a jump that you can either roll over and use the bridge to get over the gap, or hit it with speed and clear the bridge altogether.

After this you do down a steep rock that takes you into some flat rocky trail that takes you across to a bridge that leads into a rock garden that you will need to pick your way through.

After this is the well know Schleyer wooden ramp drop that is visible form the Fitzsimmons Chair. Hit this and hit the small jumps afterwards before going into another long rock ride that is quite rough with braking bumps at the bottom.

From here follow the trail round to the right before hitting another rock drip that leads you directly into a steep rock ride that swings round to the right and into the trees. Cross under the chair lift and ride some shorter ladders before dropping of the last one and hit the table that brings you out of the trees to the final part of this run.

Link up with Clown Shoes or Lower Whistler Downhill, or head over to B-line for something a little tamer.

  • I love this trail. I hear Richie Schley designed it.
It has awesome flow with a lot of variety.
I can't wait for Whistler Bike Park to open for the season so i can go for a rip down it again.

  • Hit this up on Sunday for the first time this season. The trail is in awesome shape and I like the new wooden feature. Much better than last year. I hear Richie might make some changes this season?? Can't wait to check em out!
